Your print request
We store your chosen formats, quantities and specifications, along with the contact details and project notes you submit. We save your request and prepare a notification for our studio inbox for review. Submitting a request does not take payment or approve production.
A cookie for your cart
An essential signed cookie connects this browser to its cart for up to seven days. It contains a random identifier and expiry, not your contact details. Clearing the cookie ends access to that cart.
Storage and retention
Active carts expire after seven days. Quote details remain in the quote service for up to 30 days, with expired content removed by scheduled maintenance. Notifications and any later correspondence remain in our business mailbox and have separate retention. Managed backups may retain earlier copies during their configured recovery period.
Questions and artwork
Do not submit passwords or payment-card details. File uploads are not enabled on this form; we arrange artwork transfer after review. To ask about your details or request their removal, contact order@vanolee.com.
